We use CommuniBee to help us with our registrations and community memberships. We also put out our meeting notifications for anyone wanting to participate or provide feedback to our board.
Finding your Member Number
To find your member number, login to CommuniBee and Click on View:
And you will see your membership number listed as:

Below is a general walkthrough of how to register for a program. If this is your first time registering with EARCA, please learn more about Community Association Memberships here.
- Join Us on CommuniBee!
- Click “Browse Shop” to start searching for a program.
- Click on the program of your choice
- If you have not purchased a membership yet, clicking the link below will take you to the membership page.
- Finalize the purchase of both the membership (if required) and the program and you will now be registered!
