Printed Newsletter
Our printed Newsletter is distributed to all Evergreen and Aspen Ridge residents.
Why advertise with us? Besides supporting your community, the pricing is very reasonable in comparison to printing and circulating your own ad. Our newsletter is delivered to approximately 4000 households via Canada Post. Fall newsletter includes critical programming information and research by the City of Saskatoon indicated that MOST
residents still find this information through their own community association.
- Business card size advertisement (3.5 x 2”) – $100.00
- ¼ page advertisement (4.25 x 5”) – $200.00
- ½ Page advertisement (8.5 x 5.5”) – $320.00
Specifications – please provide us with PRINT READY files:
- Full colour.
- PDF, AI EPS File is ideal, in the correct size noted above OR a JPG saved at 300 dots per inch (dpi):
• All images need to be at 300 dots per inch (dpi) minimum and all text must be outlined. - Provide 0.125” bleed if possible (ie: 8.625 x 5.625 final artwork size for 8.5×5.5 ad)
Disclaimer/Warning: If you do not provide a full bleed file, you run the risk of your advertisement having
unwanted white borders.
E-Newsletter
E-Newsletter is published (typically) twice a year: November and March. Email us at info@earca.ca about deadlines. There is a maximum of one advertisement per issue.
• Ad size can vary but minimum 500 pixels wide – $60.00.
Website and Social Media
The EARCA website brings in approximately 600 page views per month (updated November 1st, 2020).
The EARCA Facebook page consists of 2000 members averaging a 10% engagement on viewed posts.
Monthly Sponsor ($60 / month):
- Become our monthly sponsor and get a banner advertisement in the footer of our website and one monthly recurring Facebook post.
- Additional text displaying “Thank you to our monthly EARCA sponsor!”.
