Important: all program registrations require a current non-refundable community association membership. Register for a membership by following these directions.

NEW: Due to the number of requests, program fees are also now non-refundable following registration.

Registration Details

Evergreen & Aspen Ridge share programs with nearby community associations. Registration takes place through EARCA’s Communibee and the location labelled below may not be in Evergreen or Aspen Ridge.

Registration open from January 3-7, 2024, late registrations will only be accepted in classes that are not filled.

Are Program Fees an Issue?

To ensure everyone, who wants to participate in a program, can participate, there are several methods to recieve funding:

KidSport Saskatoon provides grants to help cover the costs of registration fees so that all kids ages 5-18 years in Saskatoon can play a season of sport. You can apply online for the KidSport Grant.

Jumpstart is committed to helping all families access a range of activities, from boxing to bowling and skating to skiing, and more. You can apply online for the KidSport Grant.

EARCA also offers Cost-as-a-Barrier assistance to those facing financial hardships. Please contact us for more information.
