Check out the <a href=\"https:\/\/earca.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Proposed-EARCA-Bylaws-2020-AGM.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/earca.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Proposed-EARCA-Bylaws-2020-AGM.pdf\">proposed bylaws<\/a> that will be up for ratification at our 2020 AGM. Here is a summary of the changes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adding 3 coordinators to the elected board of directors and clarifying a maximum number of members-at-large.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"646\" height=\"391\" should be from July 1st to June 30th instead of annually to allow us to better understand membership reset dates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
